Position Overview
We are seeking a Scrum Master to serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or more project teams. The Scrum Master will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, coach teams on Agile practices, and help improve delivery and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, meetings, and team discussions
  • Remove impediments and help teams deliver value effectively
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum practices
  • Promote Agile principles, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders
  • Manage sprints and backlogs using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Identify and resolve team and stakeholder conflicts
  • Build collaborative, high-performing teams
  • Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
  • Support Agile adoption across the organization

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating Agile/Scrum teams or in a Scrum Master/project coordination role
