Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Program Director for their SAP S/4HANA A&D, AFM Solution Architect role. This position involves leading enterprise-wide transformation programs and ensuring alignment between business processes and IT architecture within the Aerospace & Defense aftermarket domain.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Required:
• BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
• 10 - 25 Years of experience
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Solution Architecture and Integration Architecture with proven ability to design enterprise-wide transformation programs
• Extensive experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Aftermarket domain, including spare parts management, MRO / CRO operations, service logistics and aftermarket fulfillment
• Strong experience as both Solution Architect (end-to-end process and business architecture) and Integration Architect (system architecture and interface design)
• End-to-end design across S/4HANA functional domains: OTC (Order-to-Cash), PTP (Procure-to-Pay), MRO / Service Management, Inventory, EWM, and Spare Parts Management
• Experience designing target operating models for A&D aftermarket ecosystems
• Ability to align business processes, data models, and system architecture
• Strong understanding of digital thread (Engineering → Supply Chain → Aftermarket), serialized inventory and traceability, global distribution and service networks
• Expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh)
• Experience with SAP PI/PO and modernization to cloud-based integration
• Strong knowledge of API-led architecture, event-driven architecture, microservices-based integration
• Hands-on expertise in REST / OData / SOAP APIs, IDOC / ALE / EDI integrations, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
• Proven experience integrating S/4HANA with EWM, IBP, TM, PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill), MRO / Asset systems (Maximo, etc.), technical publications systems (IPC / S1000D), external suppliers and partner ecosystems
• Strong understanding of master data governance (Material, BOM, Equipment, Customer), data synchronization strategies, integration security, performance, and monitoring
• Experience in designing scalable and resilient enterprise architecture frameworks
• Proven leadership in large-scale ($50M+) SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Experience leading multi-stream global delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement at CxO and enterprise architecture levels
• Define the enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA solution and integration strategy for A&D Aftermarket transformation
