The Opportunity
As a SAP Technology and D&A Director, you will lead the charge in optimizing operational efficiency for our clients by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow, driving business growth and shaping the direction of client engagements.

You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction and cultivating the potential in others. Responsibilities
- Leading strategic direction and business development efforts within SAP technology consulting
- Overseeing installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Managing client engagements to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Implementing software solutions and providing training for seamless integration of business applications
- Utilizing SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori to enhance data visualization and insights generation
- Promoting technological advances and fostering environments where people and technology thrive together
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and innovation
- Balancing long-term and short-term strategic thinking to address system-level enablers
- Cultivating potential in others through mentorship and leadership across the PwC Network
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for business transformation
- Leading strategic technology planning and systemic thinking initiatives
- Excelling in strategic questioning and innovation for client solutions
- Cultivating potential through coaching and feedback within teams

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
