About our Agency:
I opened my agency in 2005 after building a strong foundation with State Farm starting back in 1990. Before becoming an agent, I worked in management and handled fire claims, which gave me a deep understanding of what customers need most when life doesn’t go as planned.
Today, our team includes three full-time and one part-time team member, and we run our office with a true family-first mindset. I’m married, have three daughters, and five grandkids, and I love spending time traveling with my family, especially anywhere in Florida. I’m also a big Cubs and Bears fan and enjoy catching sporting events whenever I can.
Giving back matters to us. We sponsor local baseball teams, support the Rockford Rescue Mission, and make it a priority to give back to police and fire departments around the holidays.
For our team, we offer a 401k and a strong focus on work-life balance. Our mission is simple: help every person get the right coverage, for the right price, and recover from the unexpected. If you’re outgoing, competitive, and love working with people, you’ll fit right in with our team.
Position Overview:
Are you an experienced professional with State Farm insurance experience? Do you thrive in a leadership role and enjoy driving the success of a high-performing team? We are looking for a Customer Service / Office Manager to join our team and help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
As a Manager in our State Farm agency, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, leading and developing team members, and working closely with the agent to drive office performance. Your experience with State Farm systems and processes will be essential in maintaining a seamless and productive environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations and workflow to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Provide leadership and coaching to team members, promoting professional development
  • Oversee office policies, procedures, and compliance with State Farm standards
  • Collaborate with the agent on business strategies and goals
  • Address client concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses.
  • Prior State Farm experience (required).
