  • Proactively resolve customer challenges before they escalate - turning obstacles into opportunities to deepen loyalty.

  • Cultivate customer champions who actively promote our solutions across their organizations, fueling organic growth and industry recognition.

Market Insights and Strategy

  • Track market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the robotics space to keep us ahead of the curve.

  • Translate field insights into sharp feedback for Product and R&D that shapes our roadmap and sharpens our edge.

  • Partner with marketing to create targeted campaigns that resonate with decision-makers and accelerate pipeline.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Maintain precise Salesforce records of account activity, pipeline health, and revenue forecasts.

  • Use performance data to surface growth opportunities and continuously raise the bar on account outcomes.

  • Deliver business reviews that celebrate wins, uncover new value, and set an ambitious vision for what's next.

Key Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business development - with direct experience in robotics, industrial automation, or cleaning solutions.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record growing and retaining complex enterprise accounts.

  • Working knowledge of robotics and IoT - you geek out on this stuff and customers can feel it.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship skills that open doors and close deals.

  • A builder's mindset - developing bold plans and executing relentlessly to make them real.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
