What You'll Do

Lead the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit

Supervise, coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff

Assess residents and oversee individualized care plans

Ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Monitor resident outcomes and ensure high standards of quality care

Review documentation, treatments, and medication management for accuracy and compliance

Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Lead care conferences and communicate resident updates with families and team members

Promote infection prevention, resident safety, and regulatory compliance

Serve as a clinical leader and resource for the nursing team

Provide support to the Director of Nursing, including participation in the on-call rotation


What We're Looking For

Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License

Previous senior living, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred

Prior knowledge of household model implementation a strong plus!

Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others

Commitment to person-centered care and exceptional customer service

Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
