As an Engineering Manager II on the Cyber team, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading client assessments of data governance, compliance, and information protection environments and developing Microsoft Purview recommendations aligned to business and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading the design and implementation of Microsoft Purview solutions to support data classification, labeling, retention, investigation, and governance needs across enterprise environments.

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing or operating Microsoft Purview capabilities, including data classification, labeling, protection, eDiscovery, data loss prevention, or compliance reporting
  • 3+ years of experience leading project workstreams, overseeing delivery teams, or managing client-facing implementations
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing data governance or compliance controls across Microsoft environments, including application integrations
  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, engineering, information technology, or business administration
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience defining data governance operating models, control frameworks, or compliance programs

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.
