Job description

Our Story
Founded in 2008, Hightower is a wealth management firm that provides investment, financial and retirement planning services to individuals, foundations and family offices, as well as 401(k) consulting and cash management services to corporations. Hightower's capital solutions, operational support services, size and scale empower its vibrant community of independent-minded wealth advisors to grow their businesses and help their clients achieve their financial vision. • Proactive outreach to clients to share team services, including their digital experience
  • Use CRM platform to document milestones in clients' lives

  • Ensure both clients and the team are protected by observing practice's compliance policies

What We Offer:
We care about finding great people, putting them in a role to accentuate their strengths, and charting a path together that supports your goals. By being flexible today and in the future, you don't need to feel locked into a fixed path or role.
We believe the foundation of a strong team is one in which each individual team member is permitted, encouraged, and supported to manage and develop their unique gifts and strengths. When combined with teammate's unique gifts and strengths, the ensemble team is formed. It is in this way that when the individual team members succeed, the team succeeds, the client succeeds, and the community at large succeeds. We do not view these as mutually exclusive.
We provide:
  • Annual base salary of $85,000-$100,000 based on qualifications and experience
  • Annual, written compensation plans, developed alongside you, that outline the steps for your career progression, and team goals and metrics so you understand how you get compensated and grow over time
