We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior RF Test Systems Engineer located onsite in McKinney, TX supporting Surveillance & Tactical Radar Solutions (STaRS) Test Automation.
The Test Automation Department (TAD) is responsible for the design and development of test equipment, hardware and software for a wide range of products and customers. The STaRS Test Automation section within TAD is a growing and highly motivated team who consistently provides quality on-time on-cost solutions to support external and internal customers seeking innovative and economical solutions for their product lines. The section also supports change incorporation and obsolescence redesign efforts of various legacy systems in direct support of production capabilities.
This position is 100% ONSITE in McKinney, TX.
What You Will Do
  • Proficient in the troubleshooting of test equipment, circuit boards, cables, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive toward goals.
  • Analyze data gathered and develop solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance and increase efficiency of work
  • Facilitate project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
  • Work well in a team environment

Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience with emphasis in Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT) Test Systems Engineering
  • Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production/manufacturing/product qualification environments
  • Experience working and communicating effectively within a cross functional team (test personnel - electrical, software, mechanical, etc.)

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Knowledge of RF technology across Communications and Radar systems
  • Agile Methodologies experience
  • Test software such as MATLAB, Test Stand, Test Executive, etc.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
