Position Overview:
TEAM is seeking an individual, technically capable, and safety-focused to assist, learn and perform Leak Repair Services, as a LI Technician will assist senior level technician performing various repairs and work scopes. You will attend Leak Repair Training with a view to progressing a career in Leak Repair Services.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Compliance with all safety procedures and job documentation.
  • Responsible for assessing leaking component(s) and reports on findings to supervisory personnel and engineering.

• The primary role is responsible for supporting the execution with leak repair operations in accordance with the technician certification following company processes and procedures, achieve or exceed quality expectations for the performance of leak repair operations that may include any of the following techniques and tasks:
    • Drill and tap
    • Wire and band
    • Clamp and enclosure installation
    • Measuring components
    • Stand-by operations
    • Inspections of components
    • Evaluation of performance on repair activities

• Attend and complete the required training to maintain competence and to continuously improve their skills and levels of competence and knowledge.
• Identifies circumstances that necessitate the use of proper safety procedures and equipment.
• Documents all service activities as required.
Physical and Mental Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Sufficient personal mobility to maneuver in a standard, refinery or plant environment to include the ability to access elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells except when performing non-field duties.
• Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing or other communication capabilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to communicate effectively.
• Sufficient vision or other powers of observation, with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits employees to investigations.
• Sufficient manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation, which permits the employee to perform routine office duties.
• Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations to perform office duties and travel when necessary to off-site locations.
• Ability to maintain focus and multitask with effective communication skills.
Work Conditions
• Position is based out of a TEAM field office or client site location.
• Field duties require indoor and outdoor work in a plant atmosphere.
• Interaction with other crew employees, as well as supervisors and client personnel.
• Working in plant and/or shop areas around production machinery with extreme noise levels.
• Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection.
• May be at more than one job site in a day and must be able to tolerate climate changes.
• May be required to travel out of town on a periodic basis.
Job Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, Industry or relevant training preferred
• One or more years of experience is preferred.
• Driving License, TWIC Card, preferred.
