Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
