Key Responsibilities

The Licensed Professional Counselor will have diverse responsibilities, reflecting a commitment to client-centered care. Key duties include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of clients, fostering rapport while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conducting regular client meetings to review treatment progress, stability, and future appointments, including discharge planning when appropriate.
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Conducting initial intake assessments to determine clients' needs and establish baselines for care.
• Providing weekly individual therapy sessions, applying evidence-based approaches to facilitate healing.
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions to hone clinical skills and promote professional development.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care solutions for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

At Griffin and Associates, we value our clinicians and offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
