Who We Are

At Delve Deeper, we are a performance media agency specializing in the charity and nonprofit sector, partnering with organizations that invest $5M to $20M annually in media. We help mission-driven teams maximize their impact through advanced digital strategies designed to deliver measurable, scalable results.

We also welcome candidates based in Colorado. Colorado team members will work a hybrid schedule from our Louisville, CO office (Tuesday–Thursday in-office, Monday and Friday remote) and should also expect travel of up to 25% as business needs require.

3. Drive Performance & Delivery Excellence

6. Connect Strategy Across the Business

  • Bring together client goals, data insights, team capabilities, and platform strategy
  • Identify gaps and opportunities across people, process, and technology
  • Challenge assumptions and continuously look for better ways to drive results

Here’s What You Bring:

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, set expectations, and build trust
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and business outcomes

  • A solution-oriented mindset with a focus on creating win-win outcomes for clients and the business
  • Curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo
