Job description

The Senior Director of Infrastructure and Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s enterprise technology environment, ensuring secure, reliable, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure services that support clinical, business, and digital operations. This leader is accountable for infrastructure strategy, cloud and on-premises operations, network services, telecommunications, end-user support, disaster recovery, operational resilience, and service excellence. The role partners closely with cybersecurity, applications, clinical informatics, data, and business leaders to modernize platforms, strengthen reliability, and deliver an exceptional technology experience across the enterprise.
 
Annual Salary Range: $143,915.20 - $212,284.80

Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required.
  • Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, MS, or related field) preferred.
Experience:
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise technology or digital services is required.
  • 5+ years in Director-level leadership within a complex or regulated environment is required. 
  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare or similarly complex organizations preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise initiatives, managing budgets, and overseeing managers and multidisciplinary teams.
