• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse history and associated mental health conditions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique situation.
• Design and implement customized treatment plans that address not only substance use disorders but also any underlying mental health issues, utilizing a holistic approach to healing.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Motivational Interviewing to inspire change.
• Work in tandem with fellow treatment team members to deliver integrated care, consistently communicating about client progress and adapting treatment strategies as needed.
• Involve and educate clients' families for active participation in the recovery process, recognizing the importance of a supportive home environment.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of patient records in compliance with all relevant regulations to ensure quality care and continuity in treatment offerings.

The primary focus of this role is to support a diverse client population facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our clients often come from a variety of backgrounds and may include individuals newly beginning their recovery journey as well as those who have experienced setbacks. • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage & Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline, affirming a solid foundational knowledge of mental health principles.

• Specialized training or direct experience in addiction counseling or therapeutic modalities specifically catering to substance use recovery.
• Understanding and familiarity with evidence-based practices for managing co-occurring disorders, showcasing an ability to address the interplay between behavioral health and substance use.
• Proven skills in therapeutic communication, with a drive to engage and motivate clients towards positive behavioral changes.

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
