This position is entirely remote, allowing our LCSWs to practice from the comfort of their own homes within Pennsylvania. We support our clinicians with a robust administrative infrastructure that manages scheduling, billing, and insurance, letting you focus solely on providing high-quality therapy. Our technology suite features secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms for telehealth sessions, ensuring smooth interaction with clients while safeguarding their confidentiality.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and develop customized treatment plans that target their specific concerns.
• Provide ongoing psychotherapy through secured telehealth platforms, building therapeutic alliances that promote client trust and engagement.
• Document and manage client progress notes and treatment updates in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and Pennsylvania licensing regulations.
• Participate in clinical team meetings (optional), peer consults, and professional development workshops to continuously enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with internal administrative teams and external providers, when appropriate, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Our caseload consists of a diverse group of adult clients primarily dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. The focus is on providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy that acknowledges and respects the varied backgrounds and experiences of our clients. As an LCSW with Fontana Psychological Services, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their mental health journeys towards positive, lasting change.

• Must possess a valid and active LCSW license within Pennsylvania.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) is required.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment methodologies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR.
• Proficiency with telehealth and related technologies is essential for effective remote practice.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating an ability to effectively manage a caseload independently.
• Experience providing therapy in a telehealth environment is a plus, showcasing adaptability to remote work settings.
• Ability to engage with clients from various cultural backgrounds and with differing clinical presentations.

Fontana Psychological Services offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional performance-based bonuses.
