As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your primary duties will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional therapy services:

• Conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to accommodate client needs.
• Collaborating with the Clinical Director to develop engaging and evidence-based therapeutic activities tailored to meet specific patient needs.
• Involving yourself in professional development by participating in credentialing processes and interdisciplinary meetings, sharing insights and innovations in mental health care.
• Creating and customizing treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient progress.
• Employing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral interventions, and adapting strategies to the unique circumstances of each client, while meticulously documenting outcomes.
• Supporting additional clinical duties and responsibilities as directed, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care.

This role primarily caters to children and families facing developmental challenges. You will employ your skills to assist individuals in overcoming emotional and psychological hurdles, providing a safe space for healing and growth. Your work will focus on fostering resilience and improving mental well-being through tailored therapy sessions that respect the unique experiences of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Current, active LPCC license to practice is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, particularly working with children or families facing developmental challenges.
• Solid understanding of empirically supported therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is critical.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills that emphasize a collaborative and open-minded approach to patient care.

• Experience with trauma-informed care practices is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be beneficial.
• Any additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities will be considered an asset.
