About the Team

FIS Treasury and Risk Manager - Quantum Edition treasury management system gives you greater visibility and control around cash and liquidity management, risk management, hedge accounting, FX, interest rate and commodity derivatives management, in-house banking and netting, payments, regulatory reporting, cash forecasting and more.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Consultant Senior, you will lead consulting projects aligned to client and business objectives, drive continuous improvement across consulting processes, and deliver client training to maximize fintech solution value.

  • Deliver treasury technology consulting engagements in a hybrid, client-facing model.

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, end users, and consulting teams.

  • Lead requirements discovery, solution design, specifications, and data modeling.

  • Analyze industry, technology, and systems impacts to recommend optimal solutions.

  • Define, execute, and oversee testing to ensure solution quality and client alignment.

  • Lead technical workstreams, mentor junior team members, and support pre-sales and training needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

  • Typically, 5 years or more treasury industry experience with platform implementation exposure.

  • Experience implementing Quantum Treasury Management or similar solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of FIS products, financial services, and software delivery models.

  • Advanced understanding of SDLC methodologies and application architecture.

  • Working proficiency in SQL, quality testing tools, and at least one programming language.

  • Proven client consulting and stakeholder influence capabilities with clear, executive-level communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to scope effort, lead small projects, and deliver to timelines.

  • Willing to travel as needed.

The pay range for this full-time position is $124,678 - $249,350 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
