Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units.

We believe that caring, dedicated and valued staff provide exceptional patient care. We are seeking high caliber applicants that will provide innovative and evidence-based care focused on our patient’s individual needs, comfort and safety. Position Description:

The Environmental Services Worker/Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing and maintaining all facility areas to provide an efficient, safe, sanitary, clean and orderly facility.

Hours and Location:

Full Time, 10-6:30pm. Schedule includes every other weekend. 

We are located on the south side of Grand Rapids, near the intersection of M-6 and Byron Center Ave SW: 6291 Venture Hills Boulevard SW, Byron Center, MI 49315


Qualifications

Housekeeper, EVS Department Job Requirements:

High School or GED Equivalent Preferred. 

Experience as a housekeeper in an institutional setting is preferred. 

Possesses ability to climb a ladder and work at heights up to 6 feet.

Must be able to complete assigned tasks in order to provide an efficient, safe, sanitary, attractive and orderly facility.
