Provides the business office management and accounting functions of the Public Health Department.

Directly supervises all administrative and accounting staff.

Manages and monitors all fiscal accounting operations. Prepares statistical reports for all financial purposes.

Manage the day-to-day workflow for the administrative and accounting staff.
