Job Duties:
In this role, you'll provide complex consultative services and technical assistance, helping plan, develop, and implement an agency program. You'll offer guidance to program staff, governmental agencies, community organizations, and the public while working under general supervision with moderate latitude for initiative and independent judgment.
You'll study and analyze operations and problems, prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations, and participate in surveys, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with court orders, laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. You'll assist in researching and analyzing program applications and variations to resolve technical issues, recommend and coordinate activities that improve program effectiveness, and help justify and implement procedural and policy changes.
You'll provide consultative services and technical assistance to plan, implement, and monitor effective programs, and collaborate with program staff to identify trends and resolve technical problems. Additional marginal duties may be assigned as needed.

You graduated from an accredited high school or have a GED and have some experience in auditing, program support, technical review, or criminal justice ¿ with a willingness to continue growing your skills. You've completed some college coursework and may be applying semester hours toward required experience. You have basic computer operations experience or are eager to learn more, understand agency or departmental structures and procedures (or are ready to learn them), and feel comfortable using computers in both stand¿alone and networked environments. You're familiar with Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs at any level and are motivated to strengthen those skills .

You're highly skilled with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite, and communicate ideas and instructions clearly and concisely. You're also familiar with the state and federal laws, rules, regulations, and statutes relevant to the work.
