As a Director, you will oversee a portfolio of complex projects, lead high-performing teams, and cultivate strong client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving project execution, financial performance, and talent development within a defined regional market. The Director will play a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery of projects, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of projects within a defined regional market.
  • Lead and support data center campus teams, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to project goals.
  • Manage project execution, including schedules, budgets, and quality assurance across multiple job sites.
  • Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, margin preservation, and cash flow management.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and mentor project managers and superintendents, identifying and cultivating future leaders.
  • Standardize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project controls and outcomes.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
  • Monitor job site activities, perform quality control, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular project health assessments and participate in strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 15+ years of construction experience, including Division 2-10 (concrete to finished trade).
  • Minimum 3 years of data center project experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and leading diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Project.
  • Experience with Yardi, Procore, CxAlloy, and Prolog preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
