We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in housekeeping management, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a hotel or hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for staff to follow, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain records related to housekeeping activities, including staff schedules, supply usage, and maintenance requests.
