We do this with operational efficiency through automation, improved employee experience, visibility and control across the lifecycle and actionable roadmaps for modernization.

We are seeking a dynamic Director-Lifecycle Management Practice to provide the strategic leadership for the growth, market positioning, and overall performance of the Lifecycle Management Practice. This includes Endpoint Lifecycle Management, Configuration Services, Break/Fix Services, Asset Recovery, asset decommissioning, and related professional and managed services. The role serves as a practice leader who partners across Sales, Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, OEM partners, Marketing, Professional Services, Managed Services, Operations, and executive leadership to drive business results.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own the strategic vision, annual business plan, and growth priorities for the Lifecycle Management Practice.
  • Develop the practice roadmap for Endpoint Lifecycle Management, Configuration Services, Break/Fix Services, Asset Recovery, decommissioning, and related service offerings.
  • Assess revenue, gross profit, services attachment, delivery performance, customer experience, competitive position, and market opportunity.
  • Build a scalable practice framework that supports repeatable sales motions, consistent solution development, delivery alignment, customer success, and profitable growth.
  • Identify market opportunities, portfolio gaps, technology trends, and investment priorities that strengthen the practice and increase customer value.
  • Create practical, customer-facing solutions that make Tusker easier to buy from, scope, and deliver consistently.
  • Drive practice performance across product revenue, services revenue, gross profit, partner-aligned growth targets, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular business updates, forecasts, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Strategic thinking, business planning, commercial acumen, and understanding of revenue, gross profit, pipeline, pricing, and services attachment.
  • Consultative customer engagement, sales support, solution scoping, and ability to translate technical and operational concepts into business value.
  • Cross-functional leadership with Sales, Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, OEMs, Marketing, Services, Operations, and executive leadership.
  • Knowledge of endpoint lifecycle, configuration services, break/fix, asset management, logistics, decommissioning, and related market trends.

  • High attention to detail, quality, customer experience, and professional image.
Knowledge, Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent business, technical, or industry experience.
  • Experience in technology solutions, endpoint services, lifecycle management, configuration services, managed services, professional services, or related practice leadership preferred.
  • Experience with OEM partners such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Microsoft, or similar technology vendors preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales, customer meetings, solution scoping, proposal development, and go-to-market activity preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite, ConnectWise PSA, Power BI, or similar business systems preferred.
Success Measures
  • Growth in Lifecycle Management revenue, gross profit, pipeline creation, and services attachment.
  • Improved sales engagement, confidence, scoping consistency, and repeatable sales execution.
  • Stronger OEM partner alignment, business planning, and incentive capture.

Compensation

Starting at $175K plus discretionary bonus potential
