Job description

The Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for the overall operations of the medical practices within the OZH Medical Group. The Director is responsible for profitable growth, accountable for strategic business planning, program development and administration. Facilitates and manages operational change while maintaining optimal patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Works with the physician and nursing / ancillary staff to ensure that patient needs are met in a compassionate, cost effective manner. Works under the direction of the Network Operation Council and in collaboration with the Practice Operation Council to improve the quality and financial viability of the medical practice. The Director of Clinic Operations is responsible for 6-8 POCs.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience required. Masters degree preferred
