Reports To: Director of Technical Operations & Analytics
Role Summary
We are seeking a Power BI Developer & Dashboard Developer with strong SQL and data modeling skills to design and deliver executive-level dashboards across multiple business systems. This role requires hands-on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including data modeling, transformation, and pipeline management.
You will work with data from Salesforce, HubSpot, Clinical and operational systems, HRIS, payroll, and other operational platforms to build scalable reporting solutions that support leadership and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
Power BI & Fabric Development
  • Design and build dashboards using Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
  • Develop data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations.
  • Use Microsoft Fabric (Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines) to ingest, transform, and manage datasets.
  • Implement incremental refresh and optimize performance for large datasets.

Data Engineering & Integration
  • Write advanced SQL (joins, CTEs, aggregations, window functions).
  • Build and maintain views, tables, and reporting logic in SQL environments.
  • Connect to APIs, cloud storage (AWS S3), databases, and flat files.
  • Structure data using star schema / fact-dimension modeling.
  • Manage ETL/ELT processes and handle data quality issues (deduplication, key mismatches, incomplete records).

Analytics & Business Alignment
  • Translate business requirements into KPIs and technical solutions.
  • Validate data accuracy and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Deliver executive-ready dashboards and insights.
  • Manage multiple reporting projects with clear communication and ownership.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Power BI development.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines).
  • Advanced DAX and Power Query (M).
  • Expert-level SQL skills.
  • Experience building scalable data models and ETL processes.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple systems and APIs.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture and performance optimization.
  • Ability to independently convert business discussions into technical solutions.
