  • Working DAX: measures, time intelligence, and the ability to debug a wrong total
  • Power Query (M)
  • Advanced Excel: lookups, pivots, and connected model consumption
  • SQL sufficient to query sources and validate report figures
  • Star schema fundamentals- relationships, cardinality, grain
  • Demonstrated attention to detail in a reporting or reconciliation context
  • Clear written and verbal communication with business stakeholders
  • Microsoft Fabric exposure, including Direct Lake vs. Import behavior
  • PL-300 certification - Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate
