ERP Finance Project Management Office (PMO) Lead, Annapolis, MD
The ERP Finance Project Management Office (PMO) Lead is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and oversight of ERP finance initiatives within the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in project management, finance operations, and ERP systems to ensure that financial projects align with organizational goals and deliver maximum value. This is a hybrid position, and candidates need to be located in the Annapolis, MD area.
ERP Finance Project Management Office (PMO) Lead Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end ERP finance projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate project meetings, defining agendas, capturing action items, and following up on deliverables.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance financial processes through ERP systems.
