Job description


This is a temporary position.
The Product Management Coach accelerates our enterprise Product Operating Model activation by developing new and emerging product managers, strengthening product practices, and guiding teams in product-centered ways of working. The role combines deep product expertise and experience with agile coaching to elevate strategy, discovery, delivery, communication, and cross functional alignment. The Product Management Coach advocates for product-centered approaches, collaborating with senior leadership to provide strategic coaching and support. Their goal is to foster the key mindset and behaviors necessary for successful delivery within the product operating model.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management Coaching & Enablement
  • Coach product teams on core skills related to product strategy, discovery, and outcome-based delivery
  • Lead practical learning through workshops, shadowing, and 1:1 coaching in partnership with the Global Technology Agile Center of Excellence (ACOE)
  • Provide leaders with insights on product management competency gaps and maturity improvements
  • Support the shift from project to product delivery across value streams
  • Promote experimentation, iterative delivery, and validated learning
  • Create onboarding paths with templates, playbooks, and best practice resources

Transformation Leadership
  • Partner with transformation leaders to define roles, governance, and operating mechanisms
  • Strengthen product management storytelling and communication of strategy, customer insights, and business outcomes
  • Surface and help resolve organizational impediments to improve communication and decision making
  • Provide transparent visibility on progress, risks, and adoption

Knowledge Management, Tools & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain centralized repositories of product frameworks, artifacts, training, and templates
  • Conduct audits of product practices and tools, recommending improvements
  • Facilitate communities of practice for product managers and agile teams

Required Experience and Skills
  • 7-10+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital, technology, or platform product environments
  • Strong knowledge of product discovery, product strategy, metrics, prioritization, and product delivery
  • Experience coaching or mentoring Product Managers at different levels Comfortable working with senior leadership and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or similar

Suggested Desirable Skills
  • Experience supporting a product operating model transformation in a mid-sized to large organization
  • Familiarity with frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, Lean Product, Dual Track Discovery, or SAFe
  • Experience with change management approaches and training facilitation
  • Background in executive reporting and data driven decision making-aligned with desirable skills around reporting and metrics in your source content
