Our client is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to direct operations and elevate performance across a high-impact manufacturing facility. This role blends strategic execution with hands-on operational leadership, offering the opportunity to influence growth, build strong teams, and deliver meaningful results.
As the Plant Manager, you will…
  • Drive strategy deployment for plant initiatives and growth
  • Lead the plant to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Develop and manage the plant budget effectively. Stay familiar with the competitive environment
  • Ensure proper inventory, production control scheduling, shipping/receiving logistics, and quality procedures
  • Lead Lean initiatives to ensure they are fully embraced and implemented
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to leverage our technologies, systems, products, services, and processes
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service
  • Promote team concepts, coach, mentor, and manage talent to foster a culture of accountability and results
As the Plant Manager, you must have…
