Standard Hours: Multiple locations and schedule options available
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions.
EXPERIENCE:
Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
LICENSURE:
ASCP certification is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS:
Ability to read and write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are required.
