This role typically involves working with business stakeholders to identify data needs, designing analytics architectures, ensuring data quality, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and reports. The director manages teams of analysts, developers, and data engineers to optimize the use of Oracle Analytics Cloud and related tools. Recognized as an award-winning Oracle partner, we have delivered innovative solutions across Defense, Intelligence, Civilian, Health IT, and Tribal sectors. Our highly certified experts build systems that drive efficiency, accelerate modernization, and ensure mission outcomes with certainty.

We offer competitive pay, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, paid life insurance, paid time off, 11 paid holidays, performance bonuses, tuition reimbursement, unlimited training, and the opportunity to thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and innovative environment.

What you'll do
  • Serve as senior technical architect and authority for all common services on Cloud One OCI, governing solutions across Compute, Networking, VCN, Storage, IAM, and Compartments
  • Architect and oversee environment migrations to OCI, including Oracle eBS, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and WebLogic infrastructure, ensuring continuity of operations throughout the migration lifecycle
  • Direct DevSecOps pipeline implementation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC/Terraform on OCI), and automated test framework design across the service lifecycle
  • Design and maintain near real-time Production-to-DR/COOP data replication architecture, including GoldenGate topology, RPO/RTO design, and failover validation
  • Conduct early OCI fit/gap analyses, pilot critical services, and maintain Oracle OEM escalation paths to mitigate service-version mismatch risk during migration
  • Own Architecture and Design Documentation, integration control documents (ICDs), and interface mapping with DISA, Cloud One, and mission partner systems
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to engineers across OCI, database, integration, IAM, analytics, and GRC disciplines within Integrated Team Structures
  • Author and maintain recurring technical deliverables including DevSecOps artifacts, data migration plans, security/RMF documentation, and DR/COOP design products
  • Support the Program Manager in technical risk identification and mitigation, including OCI provisioning delays, Oracle licensing/roadmap changes, and AI/ML governance within the Cloud One ATO boundary
  • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Lead and ISSO to embed RMF controls, support ATO maintenance, and sustain DoD 8570/8140 and SOC 1 Type 2 compliance
  • Advise on AI/ML integration into the environment, scoping use cases to authorized data and OCI-native services within the established authorization boundary
Required Qualifications
  • B achelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
  • 8+ years of progressive Oracle and cloud architecture experience
  • 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience with major OCI components (Compute, Networking, VCN, Storage, IAM, Compartments) in a Federal, DoD, or large enterprise environment
  • Deep expertise across the Oracle ERP/middleware stack: Oracle eBS, Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle WebLogic Server, Oracle Database (RAC, Data Guard, RMAN), and Oracle GoldenGate
  • Demonstrated experience conducting formal Oracle technology trade studies and producing architecture decision records for Government or enterprise stakeholders
  • Proven experience leading OCI environment migrations, including transition planning, fit/gap analysis, and cutover execution
  • Active Oracle Cloud certification (e.g., OCI Architect Professional, Oracle Integration Cloud, or equivalent)
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required to start
  • Active DoD 8140/8570 IAT-II or higher certification required at time of hire (qualifying certifications include CompTIA Security+ CE, CompTIA CySA+, GSEC, SSCP, GICSP, CND, or any IAT-III equivalent such as CASP+ CE, CISSP, CISA, CCNP Security, GCED, or GCIH)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance
  • Master's degree in a relevant technical field
  • Experience supporting DoD programs on Cloud One or DISA-managed cloud (IL4/IL5 authorization, tenancy governance, DISA approval processes)
  • Hands-on experience with OCI GoldenGate Microservice, OCI IAM SSO Asserter, Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Oracle Risk Management Cloud
  • Experience implementing IaC using Terraform on OCI and deploying DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines in a DoD environment
  • Prior experience supporting AFLCMC, BES Directorate, or a DoD ERP program of record
  • Familiarity with DESMF, DoD RMF/ATO processes, and SOC 1 Type 2 compliance in a Federal financial management context
  • Additional certifications in ITIL, DevSecOps, Agile/SAFe, or DoD 8570/8140 (IAT/IAM Level II or higher)
