This role is designed for a high-performing accounting professional who is ready to expand their leadership responsibilities and prepare for future Director-level opportunities.Key Responsibilities* Help lead the firm's accounting and financial operations* Oversee financial reporting, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and month-end close* Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, collections, and trust accounting processes* Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics* Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and accounting procedures* Lead process improvement, automation, and systems optimization initiatives* Mentor and develop accounting team members* Partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, operational planning, and organizational growthQualifications* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance* 6+ years of progressive accounting experience* 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience* Strong understanding of accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls* Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills* Proven ability to lead process improvements and cross-functional initiatives* Professional services, legal industry, and trust accounting experience preferred but not requiredWhy Robinson & Henry?At Robinson & Henry, Accounting is a strategic partner to the business, not just a support function.
