We’re partnering with a growing retailer seeking a Director of Operations Support to help improve store execution, labor planning, financial performance, and operational consistency across a multi-unit retail network.

This is a high-impact operations support role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, analyzing performance, and partnering closely with field leaders. This person will work across operations leadership, field teams, and internal support functions to improve labor models, KPIs, budgets, execution tools, and scalable processes across the business.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and improve key operations systems, processes, labor models, execution tools, and operating standards.
  • Develop labor forecasts, labor budgets, incentive plans, and KPI reporting to drive consistency and operational performance.
  • Analyze P&L statements, sales, margins, labor, and store-level performance to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with field leadership to support budgeting, store execution, compliance, remodels, new store openings, and operational needs.
  • Travel to store locations as needed to assess execution, asset needs, and operational improvement opportunities.

Ideal background:

  • 5+ years of multi-unit leadership or retail operations support experience with P&L exposure.
  • Strong background in retail or other high-volume customer-facing environments.
  • Experience with labor planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, retail systems, P&L analysis, and process improvement.
  • Proven ability to partner with field leaders and internal teams to create scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Strong operator who can balance analytical thinking, operational execution, systems improvement, and cross-functional communication.
