$144,300.00/yr - $240,600.00/yr

Geography may include: Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Oregon City, Albany, Corvallis, Salem, Eugene, Bend, Lincoln City, Newport, Florence, Coos Bay, Medford, and Klamath Falls.

As a Regional Director, you will develop impactful leaders and regional business growth in local communities. You are performance-driven through the lens of humanity. You will develop strategic and operational plans, lead execution, and measure results. You inspire leaders to create and nurture strong, diverse teams that engage their communities and customers.

Using Your Past Retail Leadership Experience, You Will:

  • Provide functional expertise and responsibilities to enhance the Starbucks experience, increase profitability, and identify growth opportunities.
