As a Lead Security Guard, you will help oversee facility security, surveillance operations, incident response, transportation oversight, and team support while working closely with leadership and operational teams.
This position requires flexibility to work shifts during all hours of operation, with particular emphasis on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure situations
• Flexibility to support operational and scheduling needs as required
