As a Compliance Risk Management Director within the Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk (CCOR) organization, you will be responsible for the execution of the Risk Management and Compliance (RM&C) framework within the Home Lending Compliance team. You will be responsible for leading second line of defense review and assessment of compliance and operational risks for all servicing functions within the Home Lending sub-line of business. 
You will be part of a diverse team of CCOR professionals, fostering cross-functional collaboration and supporting the Chase Home Lending business. You will lead a team responsible for identifying and assessing new and emerging risks, applying sound judgment and delivering innovative, risk-based solutions to support the Firm and our customers. You will need to thrive in a complex environment, communicate with clarity, and execute with purpose. 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide independent advice and review of compliance and operational risks for Chase Home Lending products and related processes. 
  • Lead collaboration with business and functional stakeholders, supporting compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies, contributing to the continuous improvement of the CCOR program, while identifying efficiencies. 
  • Monitor regulatory and legislative changes, providing advice and guidance for business implementation of new rules and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and assess new business initiatives for regulatory and operational risk implications, supporting innovative and compliant business outcomes.
  • Identify, escalate, and respond to emerging compliance and operational risks. 
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, Risk, Product, Audit, Finance, and Control Management teams, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
  • Support business AI-driven initiatives by providing evidence-based advice. Champion continuous adoption of the use of AI tools in CCOR to improve efficiency.
  • Lead a team of seasoned professionals, fostering an inclusive environment for employee growth and excellence.
