Join Our Team as a Director of Development!

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Director of Development to join our team at St Thomas Aquinas Parish in SD. As the Director of Development, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our fundraising goals and support the St. Thomas School and Holy Family Pastorate.

As the Director of Development, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the mission and vision of our school and pastorate. You will work closely with the pastor, parish staff, and volunteers to build relationships with donors, cultivate new partnerships, and secure financial support for our school and parishes.

The Director of Development will lead all aspects of the parishes' development efforts, including major gifts, planned giving, annual fund campaigns, special events, and grant writing. You will develop and maintain a donor database, track fundraising progress, and provide regular reports to parish leadership.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in fundraising and development, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and a deep commitment to the Catholic faith. You should be a strategic thinker, a team player, and a visionary leader who can inspire others to support our mission.
