Job description

CommuityWorks in Norman, OK is seeking to fill their full-time Director of Outpatient Services position. Qualified candidates must be a fully licensed LPC, LMFT, or LCSW and in good standing. Experience in outpatient mental health setting and supervision required. The position requires clinical management, program development, and oversight of outpatient behavioral health counseling programs for individual, family, group, residential programs and school-based services. Candidate should be detail oriented, self-motivated, organized, and be able to comply with Medicaid and State of Oklahoma/Health Care Authority  documentation and policy requirements. Must have the ability to work independently in an effective and efficient manner with little supervision. Hours vary based on program and client need; on-call and afterhours may be necessary.

Hiring Bonus will be provided and salary commensurate with experience.
