Position Overview
The Director of Talent Acquisition leads the strategy and execution of recruiting across Accanto Health. This role is accountable for delivering high-quality, timely hiring outcomes across a multi-site healthcare organization and ensuring Talent Acquisition practices are scalable, consistent, and aligned to operational needs.
This position partners closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and Total Rewards to translate workforce needs into effective recruiting strategies. The Director will continue to strengthen Talent Acquisition processes, optimize systems and sourcing approaches, and build a high-performing team that delivers strong candidate and hiring leader experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
Enterprise Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, workforce needs, and labor market conditions
  • Partner with senior leaders to anticipate hiring needs and translate workforce plans into actionable recruiting strategies
  • Monitor and analyze employment and compensation trends to inform recruiting approach and decision-making
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance scalability, consistency, and efficiency of Talent Acquisition practice

Talent Acquisition Operations & Delivery
  • Ensure effective execution of full-cycle recruiting across all roles, with accountability for quality, timeliness, and candidate experience
  • Optimize recruiting workflows from requisition intake through onboarding to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies, pipelines, and partnerships to meet ongoing and mission-critical hiring needs
  • Ensure strong utilization of Talent Acquisition systems and tools to improve visibility, reporting, and outcomes

Metrics, Reporting, and Effectiveness
  • Establish and monitor key Talent Acquisition metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, hiring manager satisfaction, and cost efficiency
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on hiring performance, trends, and risks
  • Drive data-informed decision-making to improve recruiting outcomes and resource allocation

Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Business Partners, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and alignment to organizational priorities
  • Establish clear expectations, consistent processes, and development opportunities across the team
  • Allocate resources and adjust team focus to meet changing hiring demands and priorities

Stakeholder Partnership & Experience
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders to provide guidance on hiring strategy, market conditions, and candidate selection
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and Marketing to align recruiting with workforce planning, compensation strategy, and employer brand
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience that reflects Accanto Health's mission and values

External Partnerships & Brand
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including agencies, educational institutions, and professional organizations
  • Ensure effective use of external resources to support hiring needs while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance employer brand and recruitment messaging across platforms

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of experience leading a Talent Acquisition function and team
  • Experience designing, implementing, and improving Talent Acquisition processes and systems
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align recruiting strategy with organizational priorities
  • Experience in healthcare or a multi-site service organization preferred
