Position Overview

As the Director of Student Recruitment at Ednovate, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Ednovate’s Enrollment and Demand systems to ensure schools meet enrollment, retention, and long‑term sustainability goals. You will oversee enrollment operations, forecasting, enrollment trend analysis, conversion systems, and centralized enrollment team management in close collaboration with principals, marketing, operations, and network leadership. You will also inform enrollment strategy through market analysis, competitor analysis, and enrollment data insights. This is a full‑time, exempt role that reports to the Chief of Schools.

What You’ll Do Oversee student recruitment and enrollment data and systems.

Lead the implementation and management of network‑wide Enrollment and Demand systems, ensuring schools meet enrollment targets aligned to long‑term financial sustainability goals. Oversee enrollment forecasting, pacing analysis, yield tracking, enrollment trend analysis, cost‑to‑yield analysis, and reporting systems to support data‑informed decision‑making and continuously improve enrollment outcomes across the network.

Develop and implement student recruitment and enrollment strategy.

Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, demographic reviews, and enrollment pattern analysis to help inform enrollment strategy, school positioning, and long‑term enrollment planning. Manage enrollment operations including CRM systems, lottery execution, registration processes, onboarding systems, transfer procedures, and enrollment data integrity.

Lead and develop the network enrollment team.

Provide coaching, accountability systems, operational planning, professional development, and clear accountability and performance management aligned to network enrollment priorities to all staff supporting enrollment.

Collaborate across teams.

Partner cross‑functionally with principals, marketing, operations, data, and network leadership teams to strengthen family engagement, improve lead conversion systems, enhance enrollment analytics, and support school sustainability planning.

We’re Looking For

Bachelor degree, or 4+ years of relevant work experience, required.

Experience managing teams, operational systems, and cross‑functional projects, required.

Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, including experience analyzing data, forecasting trends, and managing performance metrics, required.

Experience collaborating with school leaders, leading enrollment strategy or operations across multiple K‑12 campuses and using enrollment, demographic, or market data to inform strategic decision‑making, strongly preferred.

Experience with SchoolMint or comparable CRM/enrollment management systems, preferred.

Bilingual (English/Spanish), strongly preferred.
