In this role you will report directly to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and drive our digital strategy from its initial stage to a fully developed AI-driven digital decisioning platform. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical and statistical skills, including proficiency in SQL-based account analysis and Business Intelligence to enable the identification/implementation of data-driven decisions to solve problems and increase operational efficiencies.


Responsibilities:

  • Direct all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development support using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, including code reviews, automated testing, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project priorities, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of quality software solutions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and technical recommendations to leadership and business partners.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in development processes and technology.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
