This player/coach role contributes to design and development while guiding delivery across legacy client applications and modern web services. The manager partners with Product and Project Management to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and deliver secure, high-quality releases. The role also ensures development practices align with ISO and security standards through consistent SDLC practices, documentation, and audit readiness.
