Director of Software Engineering

The Director of Software Engineering will lead ASMโ€™s global software engineering strategy, execution, and organization across multiple product lines and technology platforms. The role requires a visionary leader who can align software development with business goals, foster crossโ€‘functional collaboration, and build highโ€‘performing teams across geographies.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership
  • Define and execute the global software engineering strategy aligned with ASMโ€™s business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a multiโ€‘year software roadmap across product lines and technology platforms.
  • Champion software innovation and architectural excellence to support longโ€‘term scalability and performance.
Organizational Development
  • Build and lead a worldโ€‘class software engineering organization across multiple global sites.
