Our Director of Nursing, Long-Term Care is retiring- That leaves a rare opportunity at CentraCare Health - Long Prairie!
We're seeking an experienced, highly-motivated nurse to join our team as a Director of Nursing. 
The Director of Nursing, Long Term Care is responsible for comprehensive leadership functions of the nursing component of the nursing home, ensuring that operations are aligned with the strategic direction of the organization and is directly responsible for the performance - financial, quality, and human resources of the facility. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and establishes expectations and then holds staff accountable to achieve expected results.

Qualifications

Must have a current RN license in Minnesota and have knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations.  Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.  3-5 years administrative/leadership experience in Long Term Care.  Must be able to work with computerized medical records system, possess knowledge in MDS 3.0, have excellent communication and relationship buidling skills, and a desire to improve the resident-centered care experience. 
Strong nursing and administrative skills as well as planning, scheduling, financial management, problem solving, program development and human resource management skills are a must!
