Job description

Sun-soaked, art-filled, and buzzing with energy-- downtown St. Petersburg is one of Florida's fastest growing markets, and the AC Hotel St. Petersburg Downtown is right in the middle of it. We're looking for a Director of Sales who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and shaping the future of a property that blends European-inspired design with authentic Gulf Coast hospitality.

This is more than a sales role. It's a chance to lead market strategy for a rising destination, partner directly with ownership and hotel leadership, and put your fingerprint on a brand known for sophistication and precision. If you're a driven, relationship-first sales leader who wants real influence over a property's success (not just a seat at the table), we want to talk to you!

There is a $1,000 sign on bonus for this role payable after 90 days!

We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Director of Sales!

  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to increase brand visibility and build client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies related to sales practices and customer service.
