Join us as a Currencies Sales Director!
This individual will be responsible for executing the global FX Corporate strategy, driving client growth, and delivering positive client outcomes across targeted segments and regions.
What you'll do
  • Execute the global FX Corporate strategy within the franchise.
  • Develop and implement client acquisition, penetration, and product strategies.
  • Partner with FX Trading, Global Sales, and Client Services teams to deliver FX and derivative solutions.
  • Enhance client connectivity and engagement through strategic communication.
  • Drive alignment across U.S. and London-based Sales, Trading, and Client Services teams.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks in line with the firm's risk management framework.
  • Role model behaviours aligned with the firm's policy framework and conduct standards.

The skills you'll need
  • Significant experience in FX Corporate Sales, Global Markets, or a related client-facing role.
  • Deep expertise in FX Corporate markets, including FX derivatives and related products.
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomic drivers and the regulatory environment impacting FX businesses.
  • Proven ability to develop client relationships and execute growth strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies.
  • Sound understanding of risk management and conduct standards within a regulated environment.

The expected base annual salary range for this position is $225,000 - $325,000 at the start of employment. This is not a guarantee of compensation. The exact compensation is determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on skills, experience, training licensure, certifications and location. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus; medical, dental, and vision plans; life and disability insurance; employee wellness programs; retirement and savings plans with potential employer contributions; generous paid time off policy, parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
