Nurse Director of Risk Management at Clinical Management Consultants, Lake Elsinore, CA.

The Nurse Director of Risk Management will lead a high‑impact patient safety and quality strategy at a progressive Southern California hospital, elevating outcomes, protecting patients, and strengthening regulatory excellence.

The role will report to the Chief Quality Officer and partner closely with the Chief Nursing Officer, medical staff leadership, legal and compliance teams, and executive administration to drive hospital‑wide risk mitigation.

Key responsibilities include overseeing enterprise risk assessments, incident reporting optimization, root cause analysis and proactive failure mode and effects analysis, claims and insurance coordination, Just Culture and peer review, accreditation readiness for the Joint Commission and CMS, policy development, education, and board‑level reporting.
