Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced quality leader to oversee our Layer1 infrastructure installation quality program and drive operational excellence across field operations. This role will lead a team of Quality Auditors, maintain and advance our ISO9001 Quality Management System, establish quality standards, conduct project audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance while supporting our commitment to an ISO9001 Certified Quality Culture. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience in Layer1 installation environments, strong quality management expertise, and the ability to partner with Operations, Engineering, and Project Management teams to reduce risk, improve first‑pass quality, and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Quality Auditors responsible for field inspections, project audits, and quality verification.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the ISO9001 Quality Management System, including quality processes, documentation, metrics, and audit readiness.
  • Evaluate Layer1 installations, including fiber, copper, structured cabling, and data center infrastructure, to ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and rework.
  • Serve as a quality leader and customer‑facing resource, supporting customer audits, quality reviews, issue resolution, and continuous improvement discussions.
  • Partner with Operations and Project Management teams to improve execution, customer satisfaction, and operational consistency.
