The Sales Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the sales team by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals. In this position, you will oversee the sales team and ensures consistent delivery on targets, customer acquisition, and market growth.   • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing sales teams in a B2B environment
  • Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and execution

  • Technologically proficient, with the ability to effectively utilize video conference platforms (e.g., Zoom) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for daily operations and communication
  • Ability to interact at a management level with HR, Accounting, IT, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering and Quality
  • Solid understanding of P&L statements with the ability to drive profitability
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, primarily regionally, with occasional extended trips as required for key customer engagements and industry events
  • This position is based onsite and does not offer remote or hybrid arrangements
